Certainly! On the Craft My Rhyme page during your ordering process, there's an option for you to submit your original lyrics. Our artists will incorporate them into your rhyme.

Please note:

• If you provide more than 60 words for each minute of the rhyme, we may not be able to include all of them, but we will do our utmost to accommodate.

• It's also beneficial to specify whether you want your submitted lyrics to be used verbatim or if you're open to the artist's creative adjustments.

• For legal reasons related to copyright and licensing, it is imperative that any lyrics you provide are your own creation and not borrowed from another source. Only submit lyrics that you have authored and have the rights to.

You are welcome to submit your requests, but please note:

• We reserve the right to decline requests for rhymes that contain content we deem derogatory towards legally protected characteristics such as race, national origin, gender, sex, age, and others.

• We typically steer clear of material with a political theme.

• Should we decide to refuse your request, you will be issued a full refund.

We maintain the discretion to decline rhyme requests that may feature content considered derogatory toward legally protected statuses, including race, national origin, gender, sex, age, among others.

Our policy is to generally refrain from creating rhymes centered on political subject matter.

If your request is not accepted, rest assured, we will provide a full refund.

Our licensing agreement primarily covers Personal Use, allowing you to enjoy the rhyme in private gatherings with friends and family, share it on personal social media profiles, or play it at personal events like weddings, without any brand affiliation.

For broader applications, we offer a Commercial License option, which has been utilized by businesses, corporate events, influencers, non-profits, and more, enabling a wider range of uses.

Acquiring a Commercial License grants you the freedom to use the rhyme in any manner you see fit, essential under the following circumstances:

• The rhyme is commissioned by or for a brand or business.

• The rhyme's purpose is to promote a brand or business.

• The rhyme is to be played or performed at a brand or business-related event.

• The rhyme is intended for a public event.

• The rhyme will be shared on a brand or business's social media account.

• The rhyme is to be distributed through any form of media distribution.

This includes Personal Brands (such as influencers and YouTubers) as well as non-profit organizations.

Please note, this list is not exhaustive; there may be other scenarios where a Commercial License is necessary.

Utilizing your custom rhyme beyond the scope of Personal Use, without securing a Commercial License, constitutes a breach of our Terms of Use and infringes upon the artist's copyrights, which is legally prohibited.

Should it become evident through the content of your rhyme that a Commercial License might be necessary, we will issue an invoice for the appropriate license and temporarily pause the development of your rhyme until the invoice is settled.
